Every time he tries to do something, whether he’s right or not, he’s just shut down, end of story. It’s no wonder that the poor thing feels like he’s such a burden- but he’s not, though.

On the other hand, I feel like this might be setting up something that’ll gradually pop up in Book 2… I mean, we’ve never really seen him lose his patience or get legitimately angry thus far…

He doesn’t want to flip out on anyone, but I think he chooses to try and make a point … well, in the way that he always does. Puts it out there, and backs off to see what happens. And then, everybody glares at him.

Man, you could only imagine what could be going through his head right now…

I mean, it is serious… but he gets that, he’s aware.

And it’s just in his nature to be positive, no matter how naive it may seem.

Bolin probably feels as if everyone else assumes that he’s too childish, or immature, or too stupid to understand it. But the thing is, he was the first one who was thrown to the wolves in front of Amon, he knows what it’s like.

And even though it wasn’t intentional… it has got to suck that once again, he feels useless, like he did something wrong.

And then we get this…

Just look at his body language, he’s trying to curl up and disappear. 

I don’t know, am I looking too far into this?

I just feel so bad, and I really think that sooner or later- we’re going to see him snap. How exactly or when, I don’t know, but he definitely will.

Mako and Korra of the Legend of Korra are now a canon couple. As far as shipping goes, I’m highly immersed in it. More so in LoK than I was watching A:TLA. I guess because the creators chose to focus more on relationships and love this time around. Most ships can float my boat (no pun intended), but there is plenty about Makorra that doesn’t set right with me.

In this manifesto, I will critically analyze Mako and Korra’s relationship from day one throughout the entire season and explain exactly why Makorra is not a healthy relationship for either characters. I have maintained a neutral stance towards all other ships.

Warning: There will be a lot of character criticism, plot criticism, and feels.
